Born and raised in Montecito, Kristen Elias has always had an unwavering appreciation for not only the beauty of the town itself but also the community to which her family has been tied for generations. Coming from a long line of locals, her great-grandparents were an integral part of the founding families of Santa Barbara and built the iconic El Paseo located in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara.

 

Her family left a remarkable legacy to which she feels responsible and passionate about carrying forward. At an early age, she frequently visited open houses on Sundays with her mother and always appreciated the diverse beauty and unique architecture that Santa Barbara homes have to offer. Her many years of experience within the community and the vast knowledge she has acquired give her a unique advantage which she uses to excel in the Real Estate industry.

 

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kristen went on to start her own company. As an entrepreneur, Kristen gained valuable skills that enabled her to utilize a unique facet of business techniques in her repertoire. With over ten years of experience in managing her family’s properties and business assets, she has garnered invaluable marketing, branding, and networking skills.
