Terrance Alemann

Broker/Founder


Terence is an experienced business leader and innovator who has been active in the Santa Barbara community for over 14 years. Terence was raised on the beaches of Malibu and started working as an entrepreneur while attending UCSB. He collaborated with other students to spearhead work in the web marketing and e-commerce fields. His appreciation for and contributions to the community of Santa Barbara have grown as he established relationships and began investing in real estate.

As his business has grown Terence has also grown to appreciate the value of the people he works with and has established networks based on integrity and loyalty to help others achieve their visions. Terence brings a level of passion and creativity to business that is unmatched. Terence's depth of knowledge in business, real estate, the land and people of Santa Barbara make him an unsurpassed asset in your real estate experience.

​ In the last few years Terence has branched out and has helped clients in the Los Angeles area reach their real estate and investment goals. He recently established a Los Angeles office to conveniently service local clients.

Gosha Styczniewska

Team Leader


Bringing extensive knowledge and experience of the Real Estate market, Gosha offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Honesty and integrity are two characteristics that have helped Gosha build a business of repeat clients and referrals.

She is an active agent with Alemann and Associates , leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. In her role, she is responsible for business development, performance management, agent training/supervision, and client relationship. While the buying/selling process can be stressful, Gosha focuses on making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know her clients and meeting their needs.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she held a leadership marketing position in a top international interior design company.

Aldina Ledinic

Alemann and Associates is proud to have Aldina Ledinic as part of our driven international boutique brokerage. Aldina comes to us from sophisticated Berlin/Germany where she studied international business and psychology. She also studied abroad in Geneva/ Switzerland at the world renown business school HEC and well as UC Santa Barbara. She graduated with honors from the Humboldt University Berlin. Aldina speaks 5 languages (german, english, french, serbian/bosnian/croatian and spanish) and attributes her passion for helping her clients make the dream of owning a home a reality from growing up around her families' successful Real Estate Development business in Berlin.

Aldina knows what it is like to work hard for her clients and prides herself in providing a top of the line customer sales experience. Whether she is selling a landmark estate in Montecito or working with first-time home buyers , she is known for her quality customer service, market knowledge, and professionalism. She has built an impressive career on new and repeat business, selling and helping buyers find multiple homes in California.

Diego started in the Real Estate business at the age of 16. Born and raised in Santa Barbara he has been specializing in both Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. He grew his business by gaining the trust of those clients he helped by treating those clients as a top priority making sure every desire gets fulfilled and every question gets answered. He has worked with many private investors and will always go above and beyond to find the right property even if it has not been listed. Paul Davies

A Santa Barbara resident for nearly 20 years, Paul Davies offers his clients an authentic representation of what this area has to offer.

Paul offers valuable insight and educates his clients every step of the way to empower them to make the best possible decisions. Paul also has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial brokerage and construction project management.

California native, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and launched his real estate career in 2005. Prior to joining Alemann & Associates, Paul was a top producing Office & Industrial Broker at Marcus & Millichap, NOIPG San Diego and the Director of Marketing for Santa Barbara County RE/MAX.

Because of his passion for architecture, Paul currently resides in the West Adams area of Los Angeles. With years of experience in property management, together with his vast history of purchasing, renovating and leasing properties, Paul brings a wealth of reference and guidance to the buyers and sellers he serves. David P. Marchetti

Sales Associate / Investment Property Specialist


David Marchetti is an expert in combining positive personal experience with sound and successful business practices. David, a native of Los Angeles, moved to Santa Barbara at the age of eighteen to attend UCSB. After college, he became a public school junior high science teacher for Santa Barbara Schools and a Senior Ocean Lifeguard for Los Angeles County. In his 20 year teaching and lifeguarding career, David has been able to develop his skills of building relationships that lead to success. His years as a local educator has made David an expert on the local school systems and completely knowledgeable about the specifics and details of each local elementary, junior high, and high schools in the area. As a senior ocean lifeguard at some of the busiest beaches in the world, David interacted with people from all over the world on a daily basis and learned to perform under stressful situations.

David’s passion for real estate, home, and home furnishings is evident in his past businesses. From 2001 -2016, David has created and developed a successful retail furniture store and the largest tile importing company in Santa Barbara. David’s past tile and furniture companies have provided him with the skills to lead, market, innovate and negotiate large international and domestic business transactions. In all his work related transactions and relationships with clients, David brings honesty, integrity, and professionalism, which are virtues deeply ingrained in his strong work ethic.

As a home owner in Santa Barbara for the past 25 years as well an active investment property owner, David has the ability to advise on property renovation and utilization to obtain the highest and best monetary use of a property.
